My background includes stepping into small organizations at a senior level. I’ve developed a playbook I’ll use here to form a 2022 Plan for Las Mañanitas. Here’s my checklist:
In order to create a plan, it’s best if you know where you are going and how best to get there. The best way to get there is to start with “the Big Picture” … the MISSION of the organization (aka, the “Why?”), the VISION (aka “the Brand”), the VALUES (aka the “How?”) and the GOALS (aka the “What?”).
