New luxury condos joining the Hotel Zone

Pre-construction prices, at time of publication, range from $847,000 USD for 2-bedroom configurations up to $1,569,000 USD for 3-bedroom configurations.  Anticipate an increase as the developer sells more inventory.

To reserve a residence a Letter of Intent is required with a $5,000 USD deposit.  Upon selection and agreements, the payment schedule requires 10% in Escrow while payments through construction development are flexible with either nine-additional payments of 10%, or 3 additional payments of 30% - the final payment upon completion and title. Third-Party Escrow Companies are being used which is released directly to the developer through the construction progress apart from the first 10% held in escrow until closing and delivery.
