Another Sex Party On The Beach?

Overheard at the Phase II Pool, one middle-aged woman to another:  "Oh, it's just another sex party on the beach."

What?  What did she say?

I needed to learn more.  For sure.   It turns out that this is what she was referring to:

I was relieved to know that she was talking about a Gender Reveal Party, not a "sex party" as such.

It's becoming increasingly common -- in front of Club Campestre or on the beach between Campestre and Las Mañanitas (directly in front of Phase II) -- big signs saying MARRY ME, or simply LOVE, or in this case, OH BABY.

As the grandfather to four granddaughters, I can personally attest to the happiness shown by this young couple:

it's a GIRL!!!
